to avoid falls and injuries to joints and backs;

to stay strong, keep up with family and friends,

to boost self-esteem and extend independence.

(We don't get on the floor. Use little or no equipment.)

It's not complicated.

Let's just do it.

Wings 3-Step Plan

is so simple, don't underestimate its value.

First, the basics - balance and strength.

10 sec. posture and breath breaks.

• Just think strong, to be strong.

• Use your hips more.

• Do the rhythm walk.

2-3 times weekly for 20-30 minutes.

Second, remember 4 things every day.

Third, stay tuned up.

Posture - Breath - Feel - Stability - Mobility - Patterns.

Building a stronger family and community.

Sponsor or refer someone to give them a free trial month.
